- On the day of appointment,kindly report to the full body Checkup counter between 08:00-09:00 hrs
- Come with the empty stomach( not even a cup of tea/coffee)
- Please with hold any medications,until advised by Doctor.
- You will be guided through a series of tests under supervision of our doctors.
- All executives coming from empanelled companies are required to carry a letter of reference from their office,duly authorising the checkup.
- Please bring your previous medical records,if any.
- In case of any assistance during the checkup contact OPD manager room at lower ground floor.
